As per description given by you, being adultery as a nonbailable and punishable offense up to five years , to avoid this he will may be possible ready for the willful divorce due to which you both will be from each other in six months. At present, you are due for delivery, ,in such a period your mind must be very stable for new arrival, I have seen many young women lost either their or their arrivals life due to the sudden increase in blood pressure, in medical terms it is called as the eclampsia, as per my advice definitely take strong action on him but don't take extreme end ,when new arrival arrive in your home his priority also change, also change the present place of living, if possible contact me I have a vast experience to tackle such persons and their habits, best of luck for new arrival in your family, take care of both of you and your cute daughter.
you can file a divorce petition and ask for the childern maintenance. if he will be also ready for divorce then it will take approximate 7 to 8 months and if he chalanges then it will take may be 2 to 3 years.

Hello. You can certainly file a divorce petition. As far as your daughter is concerned you can claim her permanent custody and maintenance for her. So far as litigation time span is concerned, the same varies from case to case depending upon the facts and circumstances of each cases. But you can start proceedings early so that the verdict can be expected early.
