Husband Insurance and Pension dispute with in-laws after his death

My husband died on last year Dec 2024. He had drinking problem so we were staying apart from 1 year. Now after his death, all his insurance and PF has nominee name of her mother. I have a 10 year old kid. What can I do about it.
you can file a civil case for that amount and you have to send legal notice to them first of all
you can file a police complne you can file a case of domestic voilence you can do so many things you can call me for further information
