Husband hiding actual income he is business man

My maintenance case is at order stage. I have faced fraud, cruelty and desertion.Kindly suggest what should I do as my husband is hiding his actual income and sources of income as he is business man. He is submitted his bank statements.How can I get his Annual Information Statement? nHow to pull out actual income of my husband through PAN details?nWhen is the right time to request the court for his actual income?nCan my husband transfer all his assets to his family and business partners?nHis per month salary is 69000 after deduction and housing EMI 15000 and rent 8000 per month.Kindly advise.

Well, You should request Court to order your Hubby to furnish Statement of Income and Expenses on Affidavit. If he will lie, you can get him prosecuted. Moreover, you should seek the help of CA of my Law firm. He will figure out his actual income and expenses.
