Husband having extra marital affair what are my rights from him?

My husband is having an extra marital affair. The girl with whom he is a relationship is posting everything on facebook. What action can i take against the girl? I have two daughters and living in a loaned house with husband. What are my rights from my husband? I have been married for 13 years now. Religion : Hindu

You can file a case for defamation against the girl and if you wish to go for divorce from your husband and custody of your children, than you can file case for Divorce on the ground of Adultery and Cruelty. Adultery is also a criminal offence under section 497 of Indian Penal Code and if proved successfully the offender / criminal can be imprisoned and send to jail by the court.

you can file criminal case of bigamy against your husband and later seek for divorce and claim on his property and permanent alimony from him. but before filing the criminal case you have to collect lot of evidence as it is difficult to prove bigamy case
