Husband having extra marital affair

I am 50 yr old married for 32 years. Husband has been cheating since long. Now want to move for divorce. How much time it will take n how much chances r that I get maintenance as my job is not secure. Thanks and regards

see there are two types of divorce proceedings, one is contested divorce other one is mutual divorce, first you have to understand whether your husband is willing to go for mutual divorce or not, if yes then it will hardly take 1-2 months or if u fall under contested divorce it will take time. yes, you can claim maintenance under various heads of different statues. for more detailed discussion you can contact me for the same.
