Husband has filed divorce case

will my husband get divorce if I'm not willing to give? My husband knew about my disease (HIV) and he still married with me but soon after marriage my in laws came to know about my disease from outside person after that my husband refused to stay with me and suddenly changed and began saying that he was unaware. what should i do in this case

In your absence the court won't grant divorce as the same is subject to proof. Moreso, if you say that he was aware of your disease then you will have to prove that to the court. Feel free to contact me for seeking any further legal advice as regards the same.

If your husband has filed the case we have to file written statement stating the facts that you have stated. We will argue this case . He will not get a divorce as a matter of right. Well, if your Husband was aware about your HIV since before marriage and despite that he married you, then, neither he can get this Marriage with you declared as Null and Void on this ground not he can seek Divorce from you on this ground.
