Husband has an affair with a married woman how to get divorce

He got married because of his parent's force.He is engage with lady who is married & having 6 years of relationship.He told me everything but not accepting in front of his parents.Now I want my shreedhan & my money which I helped him and divorce.
Firstly you file a case under sec. 494 along with 498A of ipc. then you can file a case of domestic violence under Domestic Voilence act.in DV case you can demand your stridhan and maintenance. All this will put your husband to some pressure. Then you can file a case for divorce

Hi first file maintenance case under DV act than go for divorce on the ground if extra marital relation with some other women. Even after that if he doesn't agrees for divorce criminal case 498. It is best to file maintenance case first with 498 criminal case.
