the custody of the child will go to you, and you can seek alimony under the Hindu Marriage Act, under the Code of Criminal Procedure and also under Domestic Violence Act, all 3.
Alimony can be permanent, a one time thing or in installments. and u can always seek child support also.
If they create problems, then you also have the option of initiating criminal case, that will help you in settling the matter faster

The custody of the child will be with the mother as the husband in any case is characterless. The alimony of monthly maintenance can be claimed as per needed vis~a~vis the income of husband. You can file for divorce and also can file mental cruelty.

You can get a divorce from your husband on ground of adultery but you have to proof it otherwise on the ground of mental harassment and torture, you get alimony and as well as the child will also get alimony and share in the property, if your husband in relation with other person then definitely the custody will not be given to him and mother is natural guardian.
