Harass karta hai mentally aur physically choti baat pe ladai karta hai fee pay karne se lekar Ghar ke kharche Tak jhagda dominate kar ta Hain kißi se baat tak karne nahin deta phone mein baat karne se sheede extra marital affair bol kar jhagda karna aur bhi bhaut hai Jo ham likh kar nahi bata sakte

hi you could file domestic violence for mental harassement and harassement case against him asking for maintenance and compensation to maintain the family and for other basic needa of the family in concerned court

you can file domestic violence case against women by saying that husband is not supporting in family expenditures and also showing royalty abusing you cruelty so that you can file maintenance and also 498 section
