Husband harassing me and children how can I file for divorce

sir i am above 60 years and last 20years i am facing problem from my husband. he is doing nothing and he sold his house and through out from house when my both cildren are in collage and leave with bajaru lady and spend all money on her. after 8 month he came back and doing same thing i my self done all my responsibility to educated children and get them marriage also ,but now he is doing worse if i can not give him money for alchohol he start abuse me he is asking divorce and and saying i have to give monthly money for maintenance he is herresing my son and daughter also for money pl he

You should immediately lodge n FIR against him. You Mau also file an criminal case under domestic violence act and also file divorce petition before proper forum.all these processes should be filed simultaneously which will surely grant reliefs in your favor.

Dear client first file complaint against husband with women cell of police for physical torture. Then file domestic violence case for mental harassment and ask protection order against him. For any legal help call me

This is a clear case of Domestic Violence. You need to file a complaint under section 12 of Domestic Violence Act with the protection officer / police station and if they don't entertain complaint you can file private case under Domestic Violence Act in court. you can ask for maintenance for you and your children from him and ask for injunction order injuncting your husband from harassing you and your children in whatsoever manner and even for a house (accommodation) for you and your children.
