Husband harassing after marriage left me alone can I file rape case

A boy physically exploited me before marriage and I submitted complaint against him bt police didn't filed FIR or us ladke family walo k rutbe ko dekh k meri Saadi use krwa di gyi or usne hmesa muje apni asexually need k liye use kiya and baby b born ni kiya or ab 3 saal baad muje ek rent k ghr m chhod k bhag gaya.kya m apna rape case fir s open KR skti hu

The law is very clear on this. I don't understand why police has not lodged the complaint. In criminal procedure code amendment after Nirbhaya cas makes it mandatory that all offences against women are to be mandatorily registered.

No ofcoarse u may not open your rape case now but you are his legal wife so u have many other options at your end go for. U may go for maintenance, resident order & even file domestic violence case. For brief u may call

it will be very difficult to prove that but there are a lot many other remedies which can be considered after knowing complete facts and circumstances of your case.
Remedies such as maintenance, etc. for your expanses.
Divorce if you want to start a fresh and many other remedies but that shall depend on facts and circumstance of the case and your decision

You cannot file rape but u can definitely seek maintenance and allowance from the assets belonging of him. India does not recognised marital rape. But under domestic violence and 125 crpc maintenance you and your child be safe guarded by law
