Husband got exparte divorce by cheating

My husband gave wrong address and took the exparte divorce with a false allegation that I deserted him. I am reopening the case. I would like to live with him. I would like to know if I can file a 498a case for false allegation mental cruelty and cheating?

hi you could file set aside petition in that court to set side the exparte order passed by court in that matter and you could alsi file 498A case and domestic violence cases against him for cruelty and harassement and obtain compensation
