Husband giving mental and physical torture want to stay separate

Husband is violent, beats me, not earning and not responsible towards me and my child. Even my salary Debit card is also with him. He scared me by saying he will commit suicide if I leave him or share my tale with anyone. Please suggest. I wanted to be separated and him not to disturb and harass me mentally, physically n emotionally. I am Christian an he is Hindu by religion.
Your case was under sec 10 of Indian divorce act. You can seperate from him by filing divorce petition under the said act. Cruelty by mental etc is attributed to the case. Place of residence is must for deciding the appropriate court.

If you have decided to divorce him, you can do it. Dont worry about his threat to commit suicide. He will not commit suicide, he will only blackmail you but will not like to die.
