Husband forcing for mutual divorce without any reason

I came to mothers home for delivery.after 3 months husband and inlaws are forcing for mutual divorce.i don't want to give divorce.i want to stay with my husband but he is not ready to take me to home

hi if your husband is not taking back to your marital life then you could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights and if your inlaws are harassing you then you couud file for domeatic violence case
