Husband finds out thyroid after 1 month of marriage and wants divorce

If a wife finds out she has thyroid 1 month before her marriage and the doctor said it is curable but she did not take seriously. After 1 month of marriage her health got bad and the husband got to know about thyroid. After the 3 months of marriage the husband wants divorce as he cannot stay married to a person who has thyroid but the wife stayed for another 3 months so that she can convince him but he ignored her and kept saying about divorce . What legal action should the wife take
Wife has to decide whether she wants to stay or take divorce. Wife can file for seeking maintenance from husband, can also file a criminal complaint under 498A IPC, can also file a Domestice Violence complaint.
