Husband filing divorce illegally as exparte

Hello, my husband threw me and my 3 year old daughter out of the house in 2019, his family is planning to get him married and he asked me for a mutual divorce to which I rejected as there wasn’t any fault of mine, I got to know that very cleverly he is filing an exparte divorce saying he doesn’t know my whereabouts just to get rid of the marriage easily, I need help on this, what action can I take on him

better you file case against him if you have his proper address and his working office address so that he has to come to court for maintenance or any kind of cases you file keeping his address so that he can't take Exparte divorce

one cannot file an ex party divorce on another. But I haddccluents who sufferered by tgeirvhysbans managing service of notice and placing their ex parte. To avoid that you have to file for restitution.
