Husband filed for divorce against cruelty

My husband staying in no contact and away since one month left my house over a single fight might have filed divorce for cruelty because I slapped him and spat on him in heat of moment where he tried to hit me abuse me but the fight was about his mother who insulted me and harassed me on call because we did inter faith marriage under special act and she was again It. I asked him to take ky stand but he didn’t so it led to this severity. Now he is living with his mother.i am dependent on him

In Mediation, both the parties have to mutually appoint a Mediator and the decision of the Mediation will not be binding upon parties.
