Husband filed divorce putting allegations of abusing him

Marriage under Hindu marriage act before 3 yrs.. In any situation that I don't want separation / divorce.. my husband cheated me in many ways and now filed divorce by putting allegation of abusing him which was actually preplanned and situation based, he always forced for dowry, beaten me several times and absconded 2 times to harass me. My question is that can he get divorce on this ground only
you should file a case for restitution of conjugal rights and simultaneously oppose the divorce petition. Hire a good lawyer and you will definitely succeed in your case. Avoid any lawyer of roundabout nature. Please share the court or state in which he had filed the case

If you contest divorce suit with complete facts it would be almost impossible to award divorce. At the same time you must file a case for domestic violence as well as a suit for maintenance. You can contest divorce petition along with these cases. It will put pressure on your husband and a compromise may be arrived.
