Hello sir ,
Firstly u take out the print out of that page where they claim that both of them are husband and wife. After that u keep that with urself as an evidence and thn file a complain against him of bigamy under sec 494 of IPC . You can claim maintainance for you and your child , you can file a divorce petition on a ground of bigamy and mental cruelty and u can also file a defamation case .

Certainly, if fact prove to be your Sister can initiate proceedings against him for bigamy. Further your sister have option to file other proceedings against him such as Maintenance, proceedings under section 498A, and there may be a case of deformation, but on the basis of facts which can be proved beyond doubt.
