Husband filed divorce and i do not wish to give divorce what to do

After separation of 6month given by pariwar paramarsh kendra I separated and just after 1 month my husband filed divorce on cruelity and desertion. My daughter was just 8 month old ..I filed crpc 125 and section9.. I don't want divorce in any case now what to do?
What is the status of your 125 Cr.PC. & Sec 9 of HMA. Are you getting the maintenance or not.

Just fight the divorce case filed by your husband and prove that there is no cruelty or desertion on your part. Also try to reconcile with your husband out of court. Talk to him with the help of elderly persons of your family.

You have already filed cases for maintenance and restitution of conjugal rights, then fight these cases well and defend the case of divorce well.
If you don't want divorce, then just disprove the grounds of divorce taken by your husband. Means, you will have to disprove allegations of cruelty and desertion. If you successfully disprove, then he will not get divorce.
