Husband file for divorce under muslim law but wife don't want divorce

I am Muslim Sunni female, completed 2 yrs of marriage with no kids, my husband needs a Divorce and have send me a Legal Divorce Notice with all false allegations like I have beaten him, manhandled him and mentally tortured him whereas the case is exactly opposite and I have the proofs for the same..he immediately withdraw his Notice and now send a Withdrawal Notice that he don't want to divorce me and needs to visit a Maulana for Marriage Counseling..I still doubt his actions and sure that he will wait for ramzan to get over and then file a talaq through Kazi as per Muslim Shariah Law...I don't want this Divorce..ours was a love marriage with 5 yrs relationship...I want to know can my husband forcefully give me Talaq as per the current Shariah Law, he said me once that he will give me talaq (not Instant Triple talaq) in front of Kazi and witnesses..I want to know if I don't accept this Talaq can he still divorce me forcefully...please suggest what to do...
