Husband failed to give marriage certificate on 2nd motion of divorce

On the second motion both party are present bt the husband cant show the marriage registry certificate..thats why decree does not granted..husband's advocate has taken a next date..my question is what'll happen if he'll not submit certificate on next date?

when a marriage gets registered before a marriage registrar, the marriage registrar provides two copies of marriage certificates , one to the wife and one to the husband, the wife is requested to provide the same or else seek permission from court for asking the marriage bureau head office to provide the same to the court or you or you can apply from the marriage registration office directly yourself and no other person on behalf of you can collect the same on applying, the parties themselves can apply and obtain

Its must produce ,its a evidence of proved the marriage , if u lost then u can collect duplicate copy otherwise court is unable to pass the order of dissolution of marriage because court have not findind any documents about ur registration of marriage
