Husband doesn't want to disclose marriage as he still meets his ex wife &child without my knowledge..

In that situation you can’t Legal stop him meeting her or his children ! However u can socially take options to solve it or talk in this regard. Please b in touch if u want to exceed this to cruelty n take legal step ..

Hi There is no provisos for declaration of a marriage. However you may file a complaint for adultry in case the spouse is involved with someother person / bigamy if he / she gets married again. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further. Regards Adv. Abhinav Sharma

If your husband’s behaviour is intolerable towards you and he’s in the habit of meeting the ex wife then it will be classified as cruelty. You can send him a legal notice as to why he’s doing like this. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
