Husband doesnt allow me to stay with him

My husband has fled to Muscat.He has refused to allow me to stay with him at his place for whole married life.15 years of marriage has past hoping one day he will accept me.He is doing so becoz of his greedy parents and brothers who akways need money from him.His mother never accepts me to stay with him.I ve 13 year boy. Guide me.

Your husband will come to India and accept you and his family will also accept you once you file cases in family court for maintenance. You should demand maintenance for yourself and your child and also file a case of cruelty against your in laws for not accepting you for such a long time.
