Husband dodging by showing asset & liability declaration of no assets

To avoid paying maintenance husband has already prepared to submit details he doesn't hold anything except railway pension, whereas wife( myself) has honestly submitted what all I hold ( though most of it is prior to even meeting him- before marriage), still to get justice, pl help crpc sub-sections to fix cheating MUSLIM husband, his lawyer has already prepared him to be seen pauper/ money spent in sickness, which is all fake

Well, you can request the Court to Order your Hubby to declare on Affidavit his Income and Liabilities including Expenses. So, if he gives false information on an Affidavit, you can file a case of Perjury against him.

Under Muslim law, a man is indentured to maintain his wife, his minor children and he is also bound to maintain any relatives from whom he can inherit and they are indigent. The concept of maintenance was introduced to provide support to those who are not capable of supporting themselves.
