Husband denying to pay alimony on final date of mutual divorce

Hi am a female got married through a martial portal. Due to many domestic & uncompatability issue with my husband i ws convinced for getting divorced under mutual consent where all paper work ws done by his lawyer & after lots of negotiations a fixed & 1 time payment amount was decided as alimony on the settlement date. Petition ws filed n final date ws postponed once as my husband ws not available in city. But on the latest court date he denied to give me any money evn its mentioned on petition agreement. Kindly advise on getting this divorce with alimony as its vry important for my survival.
Please instruct the Advocate to oppose the Petition on the issue of the violation / non-compliance
once the court is informed by your appointed Advocate then the Court will not allow the Petition and then you can pressurise your husband for the payment
