Husband denying electricity to unemployed wife

A woman about 58 has recently lost her job. She also doesnt have much savings. She has been residing in her husband's house since marriage. Her husband is rich with a net worth of about 5 crores. Her husband is now asking her to pay electricyt bills failing which he will not pay the electricity bill and electricity will be disconnected. The wife is now doing freelance jobs to survive as her hsband doesnt support her financially. What are her options?

Dear Sir, Such women has to file Domestic Violence case and also maintenance and restrain her husband from committing any domestic violence and he is suppose to pay the maintenance to his wife. The wife may file multiple cases against her husband and file a civil suit and taken an injunction order not to alienate his properties since she will be on streets if maintenance is not paid.
