Husband concealing Employment details

My husband was employed in X company at the time of marriage. Now in DV case after 2 3 years in the affidavit he has mentioned that he is with the same company . However when i called in that company they informed that he had already left few months ago. nnHow shall I prove in a court that he is employed somewhere else? I don't know about his new company. pls suggest. He had submitted salary slip and IT returns dated few months ago when he was with the previous organization.

Well, you have to request Court to instruct your Hubby to furnish fresh details in Court on Affidavit regarding his Income and Expenses, his Employment details, Properties, etc which will help you to claim proper Maintenance Amount or Alimony from him.

If U have Filed Another Case For Maintainance Specify The Court That Your Husband Presented False statements before the court that he was working in that specific and company and you got to know that he has left that company already . and if you are asking for Maintainance approach one step forward amount . and signifny the court to tell your husband to present the recent company salary slip. before court
