Husband concealed his medical issues before marriage.

I got married on 20th August'21(Hindu arranged marriage-2nd marriage for both). On the day of marriage he was unable to have a normal sexual relationship, so behaved abnormally & the next day early morning they got an appointment & went to doctor for treatment, later in the evening they informed me he's having minor issues & had to undergo treatment for 2months & was given medications & ointments. When I checked the reports he was being treated for erectile disfunction issues. He seems to have that issues before marriage itself but knowing his condition they went ahead with this second marriage & the information was not shared with my family after that too.Inorder to hide the fact completely, also he was not ready to accept his condition,he tortured me physically & mentally & after 22days when things were worse I informed my family & my brother took me back home for my safety,because he used violence & hit me.Now they want mutual divorce without unveiling the truth.Can I fight back?how
