HiA friend of mine/(Hindu), who as been married for 12 years(without kids) has recently discovered that her husband has been having an affair since the past few months with his sub-ordinate who is 15 years younger. What are the legal steps she can take without divorce.
hi in your friend case divorce is the only solution as he had committed adultery and if he is not looking after her well then you could file for maintenance and also for domestic violence for mental and physical torture
