Husband Cheated with age before marriage and harrasing after marriage

my husband cheated with age before marriage. the age which they shown during marriage is different than actual. After marriage also, he is harrasing by saying your over weight I can't do family because of that all. so I went back to my mother home and staying there for 1 years. now when I called him after 1 year, he is not bother to take me back. how to deal with this situation.? can I file 120(B) and 420 cheating case against him.
hi you could file section 498a case apart from cheating 420 section on the grounds of harassement and that if you are interested in marriage also then u could file restitution of conjugal rights or divorce if you are not interested in marriage
