Husband cheated, abused for properties, & forcing for mutual divorce.

ve been married for a year. Within 1st month started drinking heavily and abusing and forcing me for money and properties. April 2022 he left me and his family supported him to abuse me. till this month he hasnt come back. My family has been in talks. His father forcing to give mutual divorce. Then all scolded him so now my husband told in sept that he doesnt want divorce n lost his job. needs time to get back to me. It was all a lie. he has moved to a new city n job and having affairs with multiple women saying he is not married. So i filed an FIR and he was brought to the station. They didnt do anythin n just asked so he confessed about affairs. He was lying & blaming everything on me.He is now forcing me for a mutual divorce. I come from a financially strong family but i have no earnings or income. wat shd i proceed with if i dont want to waste years & he left me with no choice but divorce though i didnt want to. so will i still get alimony? i want justice. want him to be punished
