Husband changed job and place of living and not informing me

After My 8 yr marriage husband can not want to live together . In marriage we have 1 yr old daughter.he suported finacialy .we are separated 1yr .no even contact with my husband .he suddenly change job and place not given me the adresss .if i go to legal step against my husband in This time he could stop the money which he give before ? If he stop the money how to claim i can not know her salary slip her position now he said he join amazone in banglore. Pls help me what to do .i am not working . My husband any cost can not live together .he also said he gave all financialy support tk my child. I am confuse what to do ? can file a petition for maintenance and or can file for Restitution of Conjugal right or mutual divorce ? And give some information after mutual divorce this case if my husband death what happen maintainence ?
I will suggest that you should not divorce your husband instead file restitution of conjugal rights and after his death you can claim his property both moveable and immoveable. It needs discussion in depth to guide you better.

Madam, Really it is very much difficult position upon you to file any sorts of legal actions against your husband by You. As you did not know his whereabouts, then it is very difficult to the process of law to inform him about your legal step, if any. And therefore, if you proceed against him, the Process did not serve Summons to him. As a result of which, some time, you may fill that, it is enough to stop such legal steps.
Therefore, at this stage my opinion is to settled this problem amicably through initiative family members of both sides. If it fails, then you can take your last choice to sue against him. Otherwise, do not take any sort of decision, which give him aware to leave permanently in abroad.
