husband can file a Case in HC after TP petition failed at SC?

Hi wife filed a 498a in AP State, after 5 days immediately files DVC(included 7 members)and combined maintenance Telangana state. she just want to make me inconvenience to travel across two states. After couple of months I filed HMOP, she refused to take notice, it became ex-party. also filed a TP at SC to transfer TS case to Andhra where she filed first case which is running.(as per law it may fail case can run TS state only) Is there any case Husband can file at HC? to feel her inconvenience

you can file RCR petition at HIgh court and also you can file quash cash at high court for cancellation of DVC case .... Need more clarification you can approach us any time we will help you out by filing at high court
