Husband asking to agree for mutual divorce

I'm a working woman.
I got married almost 3 years ago in Kolkata, both Hindus. Since the beginning I've been facing countless issues in my marriage, incl Domestic violence, mental harassment, Gaslighting, etc. My husband and his mother always complain regardless whatever I do for them. My husband tried to spoil my relationship with my parents by continuously complaining. I told everyone I can't suffer my whole life with him and wanted to part ways but he convinced me n my parents that he'll change.
This year in September I came to live with my parents after he had hit me, with things and also kicked me. Just in 2 months he started asking me to agree for mutual divorce, his mother always wanted. I do want to exit this relationship, but can I claim one time alimony for my financial security? I have suffered a lot, now I've to live with a divorce tag and I have a private job.
My husband is a senior software developer in Bangalore, has house, earns 30 lakhs pa and has stocks of 40 lakhs.
yes very much you can get alimony as well as before exiting from the marriage it is better to put him and his family under tremendous pressure so that the entire family gets hit by a huge financial loss which will ruin them proper planning is necessary over a discussion

dont agree for mutual divorce yet. you are very much eligible to get alimony from your husband. first try to negotiate with your husband. if he doesnot accept file a maintenance case against your husband
