Husband asking for written consent on matrimonial issues

Hi,nnI have a kid of 4 yrs . Me and my husband have lot of issues in marriage . If not for kid we would have gone for mutual divorce . Since both of us want the kid we want to compromise one last time . Currently child is residing with him. My husband is asking me to give it written all the wrong doings from my end as an apology letter . In future would it be turned against me if it comes to child custody ?

There may not be problem if you accept in writing events for which he also has proof independent of your admission. But admitting something which you have not done may be later used against you. So, you better ask him to email a draft apology letter.
