Husband and wife staying apart from 2 years can we file for divorce

21-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I basically have not enough reasons, but my husband and myself hate each others' thinking/mentality. He is conservative and I am a feminist and over influenced by western culture. I stay away from him because I do not wish to quit my job and stay there as dependent.(I have no siblings and I need to help may parents financially). His parents just bothered about us being money machines and nothing else. How shall we proceed in divorce in such case? We don't have kids and I don't want to have any in future as well.

If both of you feel like your marriage is deadwood you can file petition for divorce on mutual consent. If your husband is not ready to file divorce you have to tailor your story that it should look like a case of cruelty and file the petition for divorce.
