Husband and in-laws physical abuse and also took 20 lacs loan amout

My husband after 20 days of marriage thrashed me like anything and broke my head so we filed divorce in court and got seperated for 2 years but we reconciled again by Withdrawing petition. Now my husband left me when my baby is 1week old and also took 20 lacs loan on my name. I checked with bank- Loan transfer not possible. Please advice.

hi if you want to stay with your husband then you could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights and for the loan part you could sent a notice to clear the loan or if there is harassement from inlaws then you could file domestic violence case
