Husband and in-laws harassing for dowry how can i get divorce

I got married in November 17,2015. Marriage perform through Muslim rituals. My husband and in-laws cheated me because my husband did not want to get married but his parents forced him. Because of this he never accept me as wife not physically or mentally. They harressed me torture me for dowry. Now they don't want to continue the marriage. What should I do?
