Husband and in laws forcing for divorce and i want to stay with him

My husband always drive me and my 1 year daughter away of his house ....and threaten me of divorce ....bt I don't want to be separate .....plzz help me how can I be with him by threatening him of a vast amount of alimony....His mother always dominate him and interfere in our each and every matter....His mother forces me to beat me....
First file a complaint of domestic violence in your local police station, then file a domestic violence case according to Section 12 of the Act before The Ld. Judicial Magistrate and also file an application for Alimony Pendente Lite according to Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Ld. District Judge Court where you can demand a vast amount of alimony.
