husband already aware of my suicidal activity before marriage

My husband was already aware of my suicidal activity before marriage & after marriage, he instigates my mental trauma & when I get angry & again my suicidal activity starts & he recorded that secretly to get a divorce on the basis of cruelty but I don't have evidence against him So what should I do to prove that he knows my mental conditions still do this with me to get a divorce? He said I gave him a suicidal threat so he ran away & said that he prove me, psycho, before marriage & still gave me a chance but again I do that so he can't live with me. I didn't record my husband's activity coz I want to continue the marriage but he plans to divorce me & start recording in 2 months by instigating me & whenever I reacted he become innocent for records. Help me with this. Please. This is a love-arranged Hindu marriage & all the functions are given by the bride's side & this marriage didn't run for more than 3 months.

You should seek a detailed legal consultation on your ongoing matrimonial dispute. Do clarify whether he has filed for divorce on the ground of cruelty ?? Better particulars are required to advise you on your issue. Will advise you to file an intalah peshbandi as a precautionary measure

You need to Spend some amount to hire expert advocate in this regard. Therefore u must follow the legal advice to get out of this traumatic situation. You must not get angry n bd polite. We need to submit an apprehension intimation in this regard! Thanks

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can always file complaint against him and his family members under the DV act. As far as the divorce is concerned it’s better to go for mutual one but if the situation is not favourable then you have to file for the same. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
