Husband agreed for divorce but is now responding, how to get back stri

In laws are harrassing. husband quarrels listening to in laws words. Asked husband to stay seperately with me, but he doesnt agree and said he is ok for a divorce after 4 months of seperation, but now he is not responding( nor to me or my family members). How to get a divorce and get back my stridan without creating a problem to husband as i have affection towards him. We are hindus. I dont want to harrass him but just move on with my life. We already sent a notice for restitution of conjugal life, but he is not responding ( he is not giving divorce nor ready to stay with me)

hi if he is not ready to stay with you then you could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights and if he is not ready to join you then you could file petition for divorce as he is not responding and file harassement case against your inlaws
