Husband abandoned wife and child in India and run away to UK

Both wife and husband living in London in their marital property which has husband name but wife deposit 50 % when they purchase home in London. And one day husband brought their wife and child in India and abandoned them and run away to UK. Also husbands cancel wife and child's dependent visa. What should wife do in this situation. I this situation

File a complaint under section 498A against him. U can file a petition under section 9 HMA for restitution of conjugal rights in the court and send the summons through the Ambassy. U can also get his passport impounded if he does not accept the summons. U can file for divorce if u want and can get ex party divorce . Contact me for any help.
