Husband criminal lawyer has secretly married his junior without divorcing and has a daughter via this secret marriage . On the child's birth certificate both are registered as husband and wife. Can this certificate help in registering a bigamy. Child Birth certificate is a government sealed certificate

Well, you can file an offence of Bigamy against your Husband under Sec 82 of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023. Make sure to collect all the evidences against your Husband as per the Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2013 before filing case of Bigamy against your Husband.
