How would I able to get divorce decree
29-Aug-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Husband filed for divorce at his place. I received 2 notice for hearing. I haven't
attended for any court hearing at his place. So I considered as divorced or still process is pending? If it is so how would I get divorce decree?
you have to appoint an advocate in the divorce case. if you also wish to obtain divorce then it is better that you both file a mutual divorce after making consent terms of divorce. if any stridhan etc is with husband then you can ask for such jewellery from him in the consent terms. However, if you dont wish to give divorce then a proper legal strategy has to be made. if you require assistance of a legal counsel, then you may contact me.
