How to withdraw Sec 9 from Family Court

Me and wife have signed MOU and first motion of mutual divorce in gurgaon. I want to withdraw my sec 9 case filed in Lucknow which is filed my me. Kindly let me know the process to withdraw sec 9 from lucknow family court and when can i withdraw it and if my lawyer is needed in it
your wife and you have filed for mutual divorce you can file for withdral of section 9 rcr. it takes one year. you can go through family court KEEP WATCH on the mutual divorce petition so that the Petronas of section 9 can be withdrawn
