How To Waive Off Cooling Period Of 6 Months

Me and my wife separated for a year.By this March once year is completing.is there any chance of waiving cooling period..
yes,,, u can waiving the cooling period now. first thing is you have to file a divorce by mutual consent and when divorce petition filed by you accepted by the judge it will be numbered, after that we have to file petition for waiving the cooling period and the cooling period will be waived... and this is all gets over within a month.
