Already answered that the daughter concerned must apprise the court herself that she is very much scared of facing the father and she must be exempted from appearing during court hearings or visits. The daughter has her fundamental rights even if she is a minor.

A mother cannot stop a father from seeing his child unless she has a valid reason to do so. If the mother feels that it is not in the child's best interests to see their father because of safety or welfare reasons, then a court order may be made to prevent the father from having access to his children. You can petition the court to deny visitation rights to the father citing his past violent behaviour. for further queries feel free to contact me.
