How to stop my divorce he is claiming me to be a Christian girl

Hi My husband had filed divorce in 2020 in tis Hazari court on the basis of me as Christian just because of my Anthony surname and his advocate and my lawyer also asking me to divorce my husband i have one child 3 years old and I am not prepared to divorce my husband. I have no parents. I am a Hindu girl but in order to get admission in Christian school my father added Anthony surname but we never convert into Christian caste.

there is no need to give divorce if you dont want to give. Filed a maintenance case under section 125 of crpc for your child and yourself. Moreover submit your submissions in the court that you are not christain

Just by filing divorce doesn’t mean your husband will get divorce ! He needs to Prove his grounds of divorce! It’s better u hire expert advocate to fight your case vigorously Kindly b in touch to understand the matter

You need to approach the court and write down all your issues regarding the surname and all in your Written Statement and if you wish to go legal and willing to stay with him then you can also file a petition under section 9 HMA for calling back your partner in your matrimonial life. right now what all cases are going on between you and what is the status of the cases. you don't to give the divorce then what you want that you have to state. why you are being asked to divorce your husband by your advocate.
