How to stop mutual divorce after first date of hearing?

19-Dec-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My husband suddenly presented mutual contest divorce papers in April 2024. Out of shock and pain, I signed the papers without even reading them. Then after much requests he said he will not file the papers. Everything was normal between us since then, I had begun to believe that this matter is forgotten. Suddenly I came to know he had submitted the papers secretly in June and the first date of hearing was yesterday. I did not go to the court. How to prevent divorce before next hearing date?

dear client as per your since signature of both parties are there on the divorce paper so it is mutual divorce you need to appear in court along with your advocate and say that you do not want to proceed for mutual divorce and due misunderstanding under force you have signed on the papers..

Hello, If you are not willing to go for a Mutual Divorce then you can easily oppose the matter through a Ld. Counsel before the Court on the next date. Mutual means where both parties have agreed upon but here if you are not agreeable there is no future in this case.
